STRIDE

Entrepreneurship Leadership Program

STRIDE  a certification program for entrepreneurs ready to take their business to the next level.

SPIRIT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP

STRIDE Entrepreneurship Leadership Program is a new certification course offered by The Bank of San Antonio and Texas A&M University—San Antonio (TAMUSA), offered through the Henry G. Cisneros Institute for Emerging Leaders, that focuses on accelerating impact by bringing actionable entrepreneurial education and practices to San Antonio business owners.

In alignment with The Bank of San Antonio, these elements of entrepreneurial development provide support for entrepreneurs who are poised to achieve leadership roles in their industry, and are ready to take their business to the next level. The program will be offered free of charge and taught by both TAMUSA professors and our bankers, who will be on-site at each class for consultations and mentorship.

MAXIMIZING IMPACT

The STRIDE Program’s highly specialized curriculum is a solutions-focused program designed to meet the needs of emerging entrepreneurs who are looking to develop their own strengths-based leadership and personal brand. With facilitated peer-learning, hands-on lesson plans and one-on-one access to bankers, STRIDE provides established small to mid-sized businesses with the business knowledge, management know-how and relationships needed to accelerate success.

We are tapping into our community and bringing new, innovative and real-world practices to our core programming and mentorship. STRIDE maximizes impact by connecting business owners with key industry leaders and game changers in our city. Participants who complete the STRIDE certification will have received advanced business development training, leadership training, mentorship, and access to an alumni group to prepare their businesses for increased scale and profitability.
